Austin Hsu is an associate at McGuire Law with a long history of public service. Austin is licensed to practice in the States of Hawaii and Washington. Prior to joining McGuire Law, Austin served as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Small Business Administration, where he helped individuals affected by the global Covid-19 Pandemic. Before that, Austin served as a prosecutor for the King County Prosecuting Attorney Office and as a Deputy Public Defender for Hawaii State Office of the Public Defender.
Austin's experience encompasses criminal, family, and business law, including both representing and prosecuting individuals in court and litigating cases before Judges and Jury Trials.
In his spare time, Austin enjoys traveling, eating, surfing, paddle sports, playing video games, playing with his dog, as well as flying and sailing.
