Marcia Hyunjin Cho is an associate attorney at McGuire Law, licensed to practice in Washington and Ontario, Canada. Prior to joining McGuire Law, Marcia worked as a summer associate during law school and, upon graduation, completed her articles at a prominent family law firm in Ontario, Canada. During law school, Marcia was involved in Pro Bono Students Canada, was a founding member of Diversity and Law Society--a student-run organization committed to promoting the discussion of diversity and multiculturalism within the study and practice of law--and was also an editor of the Alberta Law Review.
Since being admitted to the bar in both Canada and the United States, Marcia has been practicing exclusively in the area of family law. Marcia has experience in both litigation and ADRs and has dealt with a wide array of family law issues, ranging from parenting disputes to complex financial issues.
